Two copper color three story buildings on the West side of
N. High Street look the same.
6797 is on the Left as you face the buildings.
The building entrance is off the circle of the center driveway
with a ramp going to the main entrance.
From the main entrance, you are already on the 2nd floor.
Take the stairs or elevator to the third floor. Go to your LEFT. Pass the men's room. Suite 319 is the second door on the LEFT .

Please bring your completed consent and client info forms (from the link above). Please bring your insurance card and information about your benefits. Plan to pay your co-pay amount, checks are preferred. Our initial assessment and follow up therapy sessions are 45-55 minutes long.
It can be overwhelming to think about telling your story to someone you've just met. Please know that we will take things at your pace. Our initial appointment will be a time for me to gather some information to complete an assessment. Together we will explore what is bringing you into therapy and to the level of your comfort, your personal and family history.
Payment is expected at the time of service and can be made by cash or check. I can also accept credit card payments.
